Bite the Bullet News is a “journalist-based” blog gathering together politics, economics, international relations, travel, adventure, and photography. It is a laboratory for practicing and exploring different styles and themes: news articles, features, interviews and travel reportage.
About me
Hi, my name is Andrea Battaglia.Β I am an Italian journalist and energy market reporter based in London. I currently work at ICIS, where I write news and analyses about the energy sector.
I previously covered news stories on the global financial market and economics at Alliance News ; wrote features and analyses on geopolitics, terrorism, media, and environment at InsideOver and Il Giornale ; and took a research internship program at the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute – UNICRI.
I created my blog Bite The Bullet News in 2016, when I was studying for my Master in International Journalism at the Liverpool John Moores University – LJMU. The idea was to organize a basic portfolio page for my articles and video interviews, but it then started to become something more than this.
